The atmosphere and the grounds are just beautiful and so well kept. The food is fresh and delicious. I’d def recommend renting Harriet’s House as well. Me and my girls got ready there the day of the wedding and then we all slept there the night of the wedding. The guys utilized the bridal suite. Having the opportunity to utilize Harriet’s House for getting ready made things less stressful for sure. The day of coordinator, Patricia, is all around amazing. Highly recommend Chamberlain Farm & Pavilion!!!",

        "content": "We are so unbelievably grateful for Chamberlan Farm & Pavilion. We didn’t have to worry or think about anything during the wedding, everything was taken care of. The food was delicious! The venue was beautiful and even though it rained was flexible and had a great back up plan for the barn. There was so much patience and engagement with us throughout the entire process. We also stayed at Harriett’s House, and SO glad that we did. It was spacious and allowed for enough space for the bride and bridesmaids to get their hair and makeup done. Forever going to remember our special day at Chamberlain! ",

        "content": "Thank you so much to Patricia and the rest of the CFP staff for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! From the very beginning they were so responsive and helpful in answering the many questions that I had along the way. They were even gracious enough to allow me to visit the venue roughly a year out from my wedding date so I’d have an idea of what it would look like on the big day. In the days leading up to the wedding, Patricia was very thorough and made sure to review all of the many details with me, from the timeline to the decor to the menu and seating chart. The attention to detail by the staff was evident, and because of their care and efforts our wedding day was literally flawless!\nThe venue itself is absolutely stunning.  We chose to get married in the garden, which was beautiful in June, and fortunately for us the weather was perfect! What I loved most about Chamberlain Farm was the overall layout of the venue. During the cocktail hour and reception, our guests were able to move between the pavilion, tent, and garden as they pleased. There was plenty of comfortable seating and the staff even lit fire pits once it got dark. Everyone commented on how much they loved it! We would highly recommend Chamberlain Farm for your big day!",

        "content": "In 2020 when we had to cancel last minute, the venue was good about communication regarding state mandates and they monitored them and updated accordingly. Fast forward to less than 3 weeks from our wedding date, 10/31/2021. Within a few days of providing payment, Patricia does politely inform me that the venue had a policy change and that our event would have to be cut early by 30min to accommodate. When I pointed out that we actually had a signed and paid for contract stating we got entertainment until 10pm, I didn't hear back. This was because Jacqui didn't know how to respond to an email with \"reply all\" *sarcasm*. I found out at the decor meeting and received the email saying it's a town ordinance. Fine, can't argue with that. Fast forward to one week before the wedding. I inform the DJ that our originally scheduled time is being moved up, and he has to allow for his breakdown between last song and 10pm. He took initiative and contacted the venue directly to clarify if his team could get extra time after 10pm to pack up, or if he would actually have to pack up earlier than our event end time. The DJ needed an hour to pack up, vs the 30min the venue estimated. Without telling me, Jacqui told the DJ to \"do what you have to do to be gone by 10pm\" (see google review for all screenshots of how Jacqui speaks to paying clients). The DJ actually replied, copied me in it, saying he needed to check with us. I then emailed Jacqui and Patricia my frustration with being intentionally left out of the loop. I was also upset that we weren't getting what we agreed to and asked for some sort of compensation (discounted appetizers, anything really). Instead, Jacqui responds to me that I get 7hr of the venue and nothing more (see SS on google). I told her that her complete lack of empathy, compassion, and willingness to work with us was incredibly frustrating. I never heard back from her, and the wedding has come and gone. Also, I called the police office 10/29 and asked about the event/sound ordinance, and there actually isn't one. But town hall was closed so I couldn't get that in writing. Lying to break contract is a BIG no-no.\n\nGood things: Patricia and her assistant Chris were phenomenal throughout. They set up all of our decor perfectly, went with our unconventional requests (such as having a Scottish quaich to do a whisky toast instead of champagne flutes). They made great effort to organize the bridal party (much like herding kittens on catnip) and remembered everyone's names. Day of, I was so nauseous I thought I would be sick. Patricia was right in the bridal suite, asked what we needed. Her and Chris communicated great with each other and the rest of us, made everything happen smoothly and ON TIME! And constantly checked in to make sure we all had what we needed and were happy and had our needs met.\n\nThe food was excellent and all of the staff were super friendly, and it felt genuine when they wished us congratulations! I have to give an extra special shoutout to Ian the bartender. He was very fun, charismatic, and when I misplaced my phone at the end of the night (spoiler it was in my overnight bag the whole time) he stuck with me and helped me look for it.",

We absolutely fell in love with it from the first moment we saw it when our friends got married there years prior.  However, after booking two years in advance and never thinking we would be in a pandemic due to the Coronavirus and my MIL getting cancer my husband and I had to cancel.  I was heartbroken.  We asked for the down payments that we made back and were declined.  Yes I know about the contract and I understand it but to be fair it is not our fault that there is a pandemic.  At the beginning Jaqui and Patricia were sooo nice and helpful and i wouldn't tell anyone not to get married at their place because if it wasnt for the pandemic I would have, but if you do make sure it isnt in the middle of a pandemic. Yes, I could have postponed out wedding but I am so glad that we didn't because just 7 days after we got married my MIL passed away.   \n\nI hate giving bad reviews and I totally understand having to do what you need to do for your business during these hard times.  However keeping $3000 of someone's money during this difficult time with everything being shut down and not working is extremely hard and sad.",

We visited the farm in April when everything was still closed down and we were having a hard time trying to picture what it would look like when it was all set up and blooming with life. Patricia Valentine, the wedding coordinator, helped us by pulling pictures of exactly the time of year we wanted (fall) and ensured us our vision would be possible. We are so happy we went with Chamberlain. Patricia and Jacqui Chamberlain, the owner, were so helpful and responsive to my 1,000+ email questions I had during the year and a half leading up to our wedding. Patricia was an amazing day-of coordinator and I felt so relaxed knowing she was running the ship. Our family and friends raved about how the venue felt like multiple locations all at once (barn, pond, cornfield, pavilion, tent) and especially the food (we did buffet style)! I knew from the moment we were engaged that this would be the venue of my dreams and I’m happy to say it was just that! From day one, both Jacqui and Patricia were responsive to any and all questions I had through email. Patricia was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about decoration options and even provided some of her own helpful suggestions. The entire planning process was so effortless which helped ease the stress of wedding planning greatly! On the day of the wedding all of the staff at Chamberlain were extremely accommodating and made my entire wedding party feel right at home! If you have the opportunity to rent Harriet’s house I highly recommend it as the house is beautiful! My girls and I were able to get ready there while the groom and his groomsmen used the bridal suite which made coordinating everything for the day that much easier. Patricia and her team did a phenomenal job setting up all of my decorations and made both the barn and the pavilion look exactly how I had envisioned! All night long, the Chamberlain team worked tirelessly to make sure each and every guest was happy! We chose to do a buffet as our meal and we couldn’t have been happier! Our guests have not stopped talking about all of the delicious appetizers and all of our meal choices! Us and our guests were even surprised at the end of the night by a late night pizza snack! I would recommend Chamberlain Farms as a wedding venue to anyone and everyone! You cannot beat the laid back, yet gorgeous rustic feel and delicious food!",

        "content": "My wedding at chamberlain farms was a dream come true! The venue is absolutely gorgeous & the perfect setting for the fall wedding I had always dreamed of. My husband and I were married in the barn which has a very rustic and cozy feel. Our guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside by the beautiful pond and gazebo playing yard games. At cocktail hour we had several  passed snacks and a Mac & cheese bar. It was all to die for! There is a beautiful tent where receptions are held. I was a DIY bride with a ton of decorations, some things which were a bit complicated to set up. I was very worried about the decorations looking the way I had envisioned. Patricia the wedding planner (who is absolutely wonderful) & her team totally rocked it! The place looked perfect, and everything was exactly how I had asked it to be down to the last detail. Patricia helped me pull off a huge surprise for my husbands and guests by sneaking in a group of 50 Portuguese dancers to preform while my guests were eating dinner. Patricia managed to get all the dancers in without being seen by guests until it was show time! It was such a huge hit! Guests are still raving about our food. They all said that it was nothing like traditional wedding food and tasted “homemade”. Jacqui (the owner) came out from the kitchen where she had been hard at work cooking to congratulate my husband and I and to say hello to our 2 dogs who she was nice enough to let attend the reception! \nFinally, if you do book chamberlain for your wedding- you’ve made an excellent choice! If you have room in the budget rent Harriets House! Harriets is a beautifully renovated house on the chamberlain property that is available for rent for you wedding. The house is gorgeous and comfortably fits lots of people. My girls and I had a fabulous day getting ready there and then when the night was over my whole bridal party and some other friends joined us there to keep the party going. It made the wedding extra special! \nOverall, I can’t say enough about Chamberlains and the chamberlain family. It was the perfect place for my perfect day.",

We cannot express how happy we are with how our wedding turned out! \n\nFirst off,  they have multiple options to have a ceremony on site if that it your wedding style. Our ceremony was the recently (2015) refurbished Barn. The wood structure is beautiful plus they sheer fabric with twinkle lights to use in the backdrop for your to dress up or down as you would like. If you are looking for an outdoor ceremony you have the option to get married on the patio as well, landscaped with a beautiful backdrop of flower and waterfall. \n\nSecondly, they offer multiple reception packages to fit just about any budget and wedding style. They have any from a formal plating to stations to buffet. We went with the stations as it seemed the most bang for your buck. And the food is fantastic. \n\nLastly, I cannot compliment the staff enough. They were helpful throughout the entire process. Patricia the Coordinator was just wonderful to work with. Any time I had a question or concern she always responded to me within 24 hrs. The day of the wedding she was there to help make sure everything went as smooth as possible. The staff wait staff was friendly and helpful. And at the end of the night they made sure to pack everything up so we knew all of our items made their way back to us!\n\nOverall I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for something low key or grand for their wedding; especially if your looking for a \"rustic\" style.         "content": "We recently got married at Chamberlain farm and had a wonderful experience. The venue was the first we visited and instantly became our favorite. Whenever we had questions Patricia and Jacqui were able to answer them promptly. They were very accommodating and willing to work with us as we did most of the work ourselves, from creating decorations, to building our own photo booth, running our own music, and they help with set up and tear down. We got our food catered directly through the pavilion and had nothing but compliments about it. It is now 2 weeks after our wedding and we are still getting compliments on the food, which was amazing. The venue is great, having different areas for guests to hang out in, from the back patio, to the tented reception area; we have lawn games on the side and they set up a fire pit next to the pond for s'mores at night. We opted to have our ceremony in the barn, with the only downside that on May 19th it was 95 degrees and humid it was a perfect day. Jacqui, Patricia, and Chris were all wonderful in making our special day perfect! Would highly recommend to other couples looking to have their special day here!",

In planning for the day of the wedding she provided great insight and had some amazing ideas - we did a conga line down to the lake for a fireworks display!  Jacqui, the owner, was also very accommodating and offered to prepare recipes from my husband’s Bulgarian culture. She personally made a Bulgarian salad for us! We have received so many compliments about what great a fantastic venue we chose. We are so glad we made the choice to work with Chamberlain Farm!\n",

Food is amazing, Jacqui is awesome including her whole team. Patricia the event coordinator is amazing, she was so sweet and helped me get through the day perfectly. All of our guests loved Chamberlain from the gardens, the barn, the pavilions, right down to the food. Saying it was perfect is an understatement, it was really a fairy tale. People are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how great the food was. I highly recommend! ",

I had my fall wedding there and I didn't need to get a single flower from my florist for the ceremony as everything already was luscious and beautiful. Jacqui is not always the best with answering all questions in a given email (i.e., she may answer 3 out of 5 questions listed), but with persistence, you can get everything you need. Patricia, the on-site coordinator, was excellent. She was calm, helpful, and very friendly. There were also numerous places to take photos on site. The food was delicious as well! When we wanted an item not on the menu, Jacqui said \"sure!\" If I were able to have my wedding again, I'd still do it at Chamberlain. ",

The scenery and atmosphere made our day unforgettable. The staff is very laid back and will accommodate almost any request. The food is all fresh and cooked on site, vegetables grown fresh on the farm. We also got many compliments on the food and that's what matters to the guests! The place has such a relaxing feeling but yet looked so elegant once decorated. Rustic wedding are very popular and this place is the perfect place if that is what you are looking for. Chamberlain Farm and Pavillion is the most amazing spot if you want an escape from the stuffy, cookie cutter wedding venues that inundate wedding mags. I booked the pavillion almost 2 years before our wedding in the dead of winter. Covered in snow, you could still see its potential.  The owner, Jacqui, and her family became members of our family by the end of the wedding process. She was amazing from start to finish. The gorgeous flowers from the garden aligned our bridal aisle and the sounds of the stone water garden made me feel like I was in my own little world. The food is just like mamma makes! She will cater to whatever you can think of and the best way to describe it is as Jacqui put it to me.. \"you are only limited by your own imagination\" and she was right. This is a venue for a couple who want an amazing wedding without bankrupting yourself like most venues.\r\nOverall, great space, plenty of parking but you never see a car, fantastic food, helpful and fun staff, beyond reasonable prices, and owners who will give you the wedding of your dreams... my only complaint is it is over!\r\n~Kristen and Nate Brown",
