From start to finish she was there and so attentive. Melissa was great on the day of, even made sure husband and I ate & brought left overs to our room for later. The food was exceptional. We got ready in their bridal suite and the provided us a room for the night of the wedding. Cannot say enough great things about the crowne plaza!",

"content": "We can't say enough good things about the Crowne Plaza. Lelia was our wedding coordinator and she was professional, patient, attentive, and just amazing to work with. She truly helped make our vision come to life. We had our ceremony held in the Rotunda (it was so stunning), our Cocktail Hour held in the Grand Ballroom Foyer (so beautiful), and our reception held in the Grand Ballroom (absolutely gorgeous). Lelia made sure that everything ran smoothly from the second we walked in for rehearsal the night before the wedding to the second we checked out the morning after the wedding. We seriously can't thank everyone that was involved enough. We are so grateful for every single person that we worked with, from Lelia, to the banquet staff, to the people at the front desk. "content": "Professionalism = Great! Friendly, respond on time. The staff are really lovely.\n\nTAKE NOTE - TRADITIONAL OR LUXURY WEDDINGS. They do not allow Fog/Dancing on the clouds, Any cold sparks, any dance floor. You should know this upfront.\n\nYOU (the bride) will have to continually run down to the desk in the middle of your wedding to remind them to hand out guest bags. We prepared well over a 100 and brought home 50 ….. and they were supposed to go to each guest.\n\nPrepare to have your wedding coordinator switched about 4-5 times over the span of a year. I must say, they were all really sweet though. However, things will be conveniently forgotten through transmission of roles. For things you agreed on prior to the wedding day, ensure you have someone from your own party there to enforce them so that no baits and switches are pulled last minute.\n\nthe staff again, are lovely. Upper management needs to let them do their thing. So annoying to hear \"I have to check with upper management\" every 2 minutes.. why even hire a wedding coordinator if they micromanage and breath down their necks... Hey UPPER MANAGMENT! Trust your staff, they know what they are doing and know how to keep all parties happy.\n\nMake sure you have someone from your party check your bar tab. And notify you when it runs out. They will not. and they will also not provide receipts to ensure that all drinks where accounted for with the money you put in. \n\nWork breakfast into your contract. \n\nHave a great day! ",

"content": "We had our wedding in the Atrium at Crowne plaza on NYE and it was an absolutely perfect day. \n\nLyric and Lelia are a dream team. They are knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and they just made the whole process a breeze. Wedding planning is generally a stressful experience but anything venue related was so simple and the group menu tasting was especially fun! \n\nEverything about our day was great. The Atrium space is breathtaking and hardly needs any decorations at all. I actually based our color palette off the room to keep it simple and elegant and that’s exactly what it was. \n\nOur cocktail hour was in Alfred’s Lounge and people are still talking about how nice it was! Plenty of seating, but still enough space to walk around and mingle. \n\nThe reception was like a dream. Again, just stunning and the team did a phenomenal job on such a quick flip. My jaw dropped when they opened the door to introduce us. We actually did all our own flowers and I couldn’t believe how gorgeous everything looked. Honestly I hardly gave the girls any direction at all with the decorations but they killed it. Again, the space is gorgeous on its own so anything would be beautiful. \n\nThe food was delicious and the servers and bar staff were so attentive. They continued to check on us throughout the night to make sure we were actually eating or to see if we needed anything to drink. They were also super flexible with last minute changes, which is very much appreciated!\n\nPart of the appeal to have the wedding there was everything you need is on site, including room block. Since it was a holiday, I think we filled close to 50 rooms. Kelly and Melissa were so receptive to all my requests, changes, questions and last minutes. The girls got ready in the Parlor suite and it was perfect. Plenty of space for 4 hair and makeup setups, all the girls, moms, aunts and a few others. The guys actually just used a regular executive room and it was plenty of space for all of them!\n\nAnother part of the appeal was the cost. We were pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was in comparison to some of the other venues we looked at. \n\nOverall, I would highly recommend booking Crowne Plaza as your wedding venue!\n\nOther vendors:\nPhotographer - Created coastal photography \nDJ, Photobooth, audio guest book - DJ Alex Brown\nHair - Kauri & co\nMakeup - beautyy by lo\nDress - Ve’Lace Bridal",

"content": "The Crowne Plaza checked off so many boxes for us. Close to the church. Convenient for out of town guests to stay right on premises. A unique and modern looking room for our reception that linked to an outside patio (the atrium). Prices that fit our budget. A nicely decorated room for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in. A late night bar in the hotel to keep the party going. All of this on top of the fact that we really liked and trusted Catherine to help carry out our dream wedding made it a really easy decision. The Crowne plaza paired with some of our other favorite vendors led to the most amazing wedding night. \n\nThe food was amazing and the night ran extremely smooth. \n\nSome of the things to keep in mind that did not decrease our rating but are good to know - the rotunda where we did our cocktail hour is a bit outdated, there isn't a great spot outdoors for photos and I would underestimate your count for breakfast. \n\nOur out of town and local guests were overall hugely impressed and many said it was the best wedding they have been to. We would love to relive it over and over again.\n\nThank you!! \nSarah + Patrick",

"content": "We couldn’t say enough great things about this venue! Our wedding coordinator, Catherine Gray, started about halfway through our planning process. We booked this venue almost 2 years out from our wedding. Catherine came on and was so attentive, energetic, supportive, and responsive. She answered any and all questions my mother and I had, which were many, and was just so amazing to work with! We had our ceremony in the Rotunda room, our cocktail hour in the Bristol room, and our reception in the Atrium room; and all were so beautiful and amazing! My wedding was an absolute dream come true and our venue had such a big role in that. Majority of our guests stayed at the hotel as well, and we were able to hang in the Crossings restaurant after the reception and had a nice buffet breakfast the morning after the wedding. They offer a complimentary shuttle to and from TF Green airport. Couldn’t say enough great things about this venue and our coordinator. You should definitely book this note for your wedding, you won’t regret it!",

"content": "We just had our wedding at the Crowne Plaza and it was as magical as can be. The entire planning process was so easy and great; the food was awesome as well. The only hiccups in the entire process was on the actual wedding day. The PVD suite is not a bridal suite; don't allow them to sell you this option. My timeline was not communicated appropriately to the staff; the reception doors were to remained closed, so we could greet our guests as they come in-- this did not happen. Then our cigar bar was supposed to be rolled out at 9pm. It was set up at 430pm, so the groom was not able to enjoy it because all the guests thought they were favors and it was just a free for all. Then end of night, at clean up, the wait staff just threw all of my decor in the boxes and things were a total mess. Vases were broken, stuff was missing, and it was all just thrown on the luggage cart. I spent a lot of money and time on my decor; so for it to just be thrown around was very insulting and completely unnecessary. Also, they do not have enough crew members, so they hired some temps. Two of the temporary workers stole some of my favors. This is so unprofessional and rude. Catherine was amazing to work with, but she had another wedding on the same day. None of this miscommunication would have happened if someone was assigned to my wedding specifically and the another to the other wedding. I wish I could give a better review as everything else was fine. But I am just so appalled by what happen with my timeline, favors being stolen, and decor pieces. I finally complained to Nicole, who is Director of Catering and she has resolved most of the issue. I just don't want this to happen to someone else! Make sure you have a paper trail for everything (I did and it was a life saver); pay attention to what the staff does as it's your day and it should be the way to you want it. If I had to do it over again at the venue, I would. I would just hope that these issues wouldn't happen again....as they are so minor. they shouldn't even be a thing--but here we are. ",

She was always willing to listen to our ideas and would help us when we had to make hard decisions. Catherine spent a lot of time speaking and working with our parents as well and they could not be happier that she was there for us. Catherine made the planning process so easy for us and we knew that she wanted to make our day so special. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and it is truly because of Catherine and the Crowne staff. Our venue space decorated PERFECTLY and every moment went so smoothly. In addition, every guest at our wedding had nothing but great things to say about their stay and time at the hotel. We cannot thank Catherine and the Crowne enough!",

We also had all of our guests stay at the hotel and we heard such amazing feedback from everyone. The Crowne Plaza hosts hundreds of weddings and events each year and you can tell. "content": "We had our wedding in the Atrium in August 2022 and it was everything we could have imagined! Catherine was absolutely amazing and made the planning process so smooth. On the day-of, I knew I didn't need to worry at all because I knew she had everything taken care of. Catherine was always so on top of things and calmed our nerves during planning and especially on the wedding day. Our whole celebration was at the hotel with the ceremony and reception in the Atrium, and cocktail hour in Alfred's Lounge. The entire package the venue provides also made it really easy to not have to deal with multiple vendors. The pricing was also straightforward (unlike some other venues) that made it easy to budget early on. The Atrium was already so beautiful so we didn't need to add too many decorations. It was convenient to have guests be able to fly into PVD and stay at the hotel. Our wedding at the Crowne Plaza was perfect for us and we couldn't have asked for a better venue and team!",

Over those 2 years our wedding coordinator changed 3 times, but the Crowne Plaza was able to handle the turn over with such ease and kept everything organized. As well as keeping us in the loop regarding state regulations in regards to Covid \n\nCatherine and Leighton were simply\nAmazing! They went above and beyond and made our day absolutely perfect! The day was 100% stress free and just full of fun and love \n\nWe had a majority of our guests traveling from out of state, and we’re all accommodated for. "content": "Where do I even begin...Catherine & Leighton exceeded all of my expectations for my wedding day and everything leading up to the day. Catherine was always 5 (or more) steps ahead of me all day long and took care of every need I had. I never had to worry about a thing, everything went smoothly the whole day. All of my decor, and I had A LOT, was placed perfectly and exactly how I had envisioned it. I booked with Crowne back in 2019 for my 2021 wedding and it was the best decision I made. The Atrium room was breathtaking and I couldn't imagine a more beautiful & intimate venue for my wedding. Words cannot express how thankful I am to Catherine and her team for making my day so very perfect. I will be forever grateful! 5 stars x a million.",

"content": "My fiance and I booked the Crowne Plaza in June of 2019 for an April 2021 wedding. Little did we know what would happen in between then and now! We ended up going through some turnover with wedding coordinators during our time of being booked there but our final coordinator, Talia, is a rock star. Through all of the trials and tribulations Talia never failed at keeping us calm, excited, and informed. Talia also never hesitated to answer any of our questions, which was extremely helpful for our wedding planning. The Crowne recently went through renovations and it's so modern and beautiful inside, especially where our reception was, The Atrium! All of our guests were so impressed with how everything looked and how comfortable the Crowne Plaza made them feel since this was most people's first outings in the time of Covid. The wedding package that the Crowne offers is very helpful and makes your decisions easier. I would highly recommend booking the Crowne Plaza as your wedding reception venue! Also the food and cake was delicious!!",

"content": "The Atrium at the Crowne Plaza is exactly what my husband and I were looking for and the quality of care we received from Meghan and Talia exceeded our expectations! We knew from the beginning that we needed a space that could accommodate lots of out of town guests without them having to travel between ceremony/reception locations. After visiting a few venues we decided to book the Atrium at Crowne Plaza for both ceremony and reception, and had our cocktail hour in their cozy lounge, Alfred’s. It was important that we found a location with great food, ambiance, and wanted a package deal (we did not want to have to hire a caterer, alcohol, linens, etc. separately). The Crowne Plaza provided us all of this and MORE. Meghan was extremely helpful and so attentive throughout the whole wedding planning process. She was quick to respond to emails and even met with me a few times prior to the big day. Our food tasting was to die for, even our parents were blown away by the excellent quality of food from a hotel! Meghan and her assistant Talia did everything to make our dream day come true! Even with a bit of construction going on, Meghan had the construction sites cleaned up and hidden, and the day was perfect. I had very specific requests for placement of room/table/ceremony decorations and Meghan and Talia NAILED IT! Our guests raved over the food, service, and how beautiful the Atrium is. I booked a suite for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in the day of and it was just what we needed. The newly renovated rooms are luxurious and provided plenty of space for everyone to get ready. We snagged a great venue with a very reasonable package price and hotel room block pricing, and an awesome wedding coordinator! I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza, Megan, and her team to anyone looking for a beautiful location with the perfect package deal! Thank you so much for ensuring everything went just as we hoped for – my husband and I had the time of our lives and it will certainly be one of our best memories.",

"content": "OH, MY. GOODNESS. I have so much to say. First off - - if I could give 10000 stars, I would. When we got engaged, we knew we wanted a \"one stop shop\" when it came to a reception. We wanted somewhere that had everything we needed right there to make the rest of our planning as easy as possible. When we first booked, we had Maria as our wedding coordinator. We absolutely loved her and were devastated when she moved on to a different venue. Not going to lie, I was extremely nervous having to work with a second person... but wow - Meaghan far surpassed any kind of expectations. Talia, her Assistant, did the same. Peggy in catering saved the day in every way possible... any questions we had regarding the food choices, she was right there to answer them. What I loved is that they were SO attentive! The staff always got right back to your emails, and if they were out of the office, an \"out of office\" reply was sent so you would know they weren't ignoring you. The food was amazing, the way all of our decorations were set up was amazing, the drinks (including our two signature drinks) were amazing... I mean, I could go on and on. When our wedding day was over, both my husband and I felt like we were saying goodbye to family. It's almost been three months and I still miss talking with them weekly (or daily). I consider myself pretty picky and both my husband and I did not want people talking badly in any way about the food, so we made sure everything was top notch, but we honestly couldn't have even come close without the staff at Crowne. Guests are still raving about the food and the cleanliness of the hotel. I really cannot accurately express my love for this venue, as well as Meaghan, Talia, Peggy, and anyone else who had a hand in giving us the best day ever. We love you guys!!!!",

"content": "A little late with the response since I got married July 2019 but Meghan and Peggy went above and beyond for our special day. I can’t say enough good things about the Crowne Plaza. My wedding planner left a few months before and I was pretty worried but Meghan and Peggy were so attentive to detail and made sure everything ran smoothly that day. They were so accommodating and reassured my day would go as planned and it was even better than expected. The sushi at cocktail hour was a hit with guests as well as all other appetizers. People raved about the food as well. Don’t overlook the Crowne Plaza when choosing a venue. The Grand Ballroom is a blank canvas that you can create into anything you envision. Big thank you again to Peggy and Meghan! I wish I could redo this day all over again!",

"content": "After over a year of planning, my wedding was even better then I imagined! My Fiancé was deployed and I was planning our wedding the best I could alone. Throughout the year, Meghan, Talia, Crystal, Lynne, and other staff from the Crowne were always there when I had a question or a concern. Meghan always made me feel like I was her only Bride. She calmed me down when I was stressing and never made me feel pressured about anything. I told her and Talia our visions and they both made our vision a reality. When I thought I was being a crazy Bride, they both assured me I wasn’t. The Crowne even set up a private tasting for me and my mom because my Fiancé wasn’t home yet. The day of my wedding they were with me every step of the way. When I walked into our ceremony and then our reception, I was overcome by how perfect it was. The Atrium was gorgeous and everyone raved about the food! Our guest loved the late night buffet just as much as the formal dinner. When it was time for Meghan and Talia to leave for the night, I actually cried because I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did. They even surprised us later that night. When my husband and I went back up to our room, it was set up so sweet and romantic. It was a really nice surprise to end our Wedding day.",

"content": "From beginning to end, the picture perfect details put into making our big day so memorable were well noticed. Meghan, Talia, and the Crowne staff were extremely accommodating. Meghan responded quickly to all emails and phone calls anytime we had a question even about the most minor detail. She met with us when it worked for our schedule, ran over the “day-of” schedule with us to make sure her staff had it down to a tee, and constantly kept us informed as the days crept closer to make sure all our needs were met. Hands down the best wedding coordinator you will ever deal with! \nThe Garden Pavilion Tent is extremely spacious, as we had about 200 guests and half was blocked off with a drape for 2 bartenders, a photo booth, card table/memory table, a cornhole set themed for our wedding, and cocktail tables for cocktail hour. Numerous people approached us to let us know how nice it looked inside and how great of a job the staff did with moving food in and out quickly, how great the food tasted (filet and shrimp was my favorite!), and how wonderful of a venue it was overall.\nWe truly can’t say enough great things about Crowne Plaza and their staff and venue that made our day absolutely perfect.\nThanks again!",

She was always there for every last detail from the beginning of the process through the actual day where she was ever present her lovely energetic self. Megan took care of every last detail. She is so pleasant and so dedicated to her job it makes the experience easier and when you’re planning something of this magnitude it means a lot. \n\nWe received so many comments from numerous guests regarding the quality of food, the high level of service, and just the overall beauty of the room (Atrium) we could not be more satisfied. The decorations/staging were all done to perfection.  So many people raved about the food that we lost track, only wish we could have tried more! Tip to future brides and grooms, take your plate and go hide somewhere so you can eat :)\n\nWe can't say enough great things about Meghan and Talia, they were both so helpful and patient through the whole process and anyone that gets to work with them in the future will be extremely pleased! Meghan even came to our rescue with some scissors for the grooms boutonniere! I found out the next day we had a mirror fall off the easel, thanks to our son and nephew running. Luckily only the frame broke but for a minute I was surprised we had no idea it happened and then it dawned on me... that is the point! There are not enough THANK YOU's in the world for Meghan, Talia and the entire Crowne Plaza staff.",

From the first meeting to the last minute of the wedding the coordinators and their team were amazing! Meghan was so easy to work with and helped us plan our dream weddng so seamlessly. We chose the Crowne because of the endless package options they provide and we wanted a \"one stop shop\". The day of the wedding her and Talia catered to all our needs and didnt skip a beat! The hotel was under renovations and they compensated very well with their services and accommodations. The fire alarms went off while we were getting ready and the first thing they did was check on us and make sure I was okay! However, the Crowne offered us exactly what we needed: a beautiful space, a venue that took care of multiple areas of the reception, good food, and an amazing staff. We initially worked with Maria, who was super friendly and helpful. She answered the many questions we had via email and provided us with the necessary material to help plan our event. She was always quick to reply to our questions. \n\nA little over halfway through the year, Maria left to work somewhere else and Meghan took the reigns. Meghan was just as wonderful and quick to reply as Maria had been, and she helped us finish the rest of our planning. The Crowne wedding package really worked well for us, not having to rent tables or linens, coordinate a cake delivery and a caterer. I really think their prices were absolutely worth what we ended up with: which was wonderful food, an unforgettable night, and a beautiful space. \n\nThe atrium as an absolutely gorgeous venue. We read in one review that you could smell the pool, but we had no problem with that during our event. Meghan and Talia set up the room exactly as we had requested, even down to the small detail of wanting our wedding favour (which was a d20) having a specific face up. We really appreciated their hard work and attention to detail. The waitstaff were wonderful and all in all we got so many compliments on the evening. "content": "Be very aware of how unreasonable Crowne Plaza is when you sign the contract!!! It is extremely unfortunate when a wedding has to be called off, and there are financial losses on top of the emotional devastation. All other vendors involved were very reasonable. Other vendors kept the deposits, as we expected, but Crowne Plaza is holding my daughter (the matron of honor) to the full contract cost for the bridal shower that is no longer happening. She politely explained that she understood her deposit would be kept, and asked if they would negotiate a fair amount owed beyond that. Crowne Plaza won't even return her calls at this moment and states she signed a contract and full payment is expected. Thank goodness my daughter did NOT sign a contract with this place for her wedding. Her wedding venue is retaining the deposit but no additional money is owed. Poor decision on the part of Crowne Plaza. I come from a large extended family and there will be no events at this venue going forward.",

We did A LOT of planning and coordinating with Maria prior to the wedding - Maria and Talia understood our vision completely and confidentiality took the reigns so that we could enjoy our weekend with no stress. We worked with Maria to customize our menu, floor plans and timelines - she truly catered to our every wish! We divided the atrium in two with a curtain, got married on one side and had cocktail hour in the other & adjacent Crossings Restaurant, which has its own charm. They flipped the ceremony space for dinner with such speed and efficiency - as a couple that also works in the industry we were so impressed. Their speed, thoroughness, attention to detail and crisis management was flawless - providing floor length linen in lieu of skirting was a wonderful surprise, and finding a beautiful drape for our Chuppah minuets before the ceremony when our florist forgot. \nFIVE STARS - would recommend every time! \nNot only is this venue beautiful, but the event team is phenomenal!!",

They made sure no stone was left uncovered and the final product was amazing. Throughout the planning stages we were always kept up to date on the endless details that can seem overwhelming. Maria fielded all of our questions without judgement and made us feel comfortable at every meeting. We felt confident in her that our wedding day would be everything we imagined. She was prompt in responding to emails and phone calls, specifically regarding last-minute changes to our itinerary. Meghan kept us current when bills were due (when dealing with several vendors, we felt this was very helpful). By the time our wedding day arrived, we were on cruise control - we knew we were in great hands with Maria and Meghan. The room itself (Grand Ballroom) looked spectacular - the placement tables, memorial table, and gift tables looked exactly how we wanted. \n\nThe only downside to this venue was that there wasn't a great area to take outside pictures. However, we knew this when we made the choice to have our reception here, and instead chose another area to take pictures. This isn't a knock in any way on the level of service that we received, but good to know if you're planning on taking pictures at this location only.\n\nWe've been recommending the Crowne Plaza to everyone we see. If we had to do this over again, we couldn't imagine doing it with anyone other than Maria and Meghan.",

I did not have to communicate too much with the wedding coordinator and her assistant during most of my planning process but when I did have questions, they were easily accessible and able to help. My only complaint was for our menu tasting. My advice would be to skip the group food tasting they offer and do something private which you can plan through the staff. There were so many couples at the tasting, many items ran low and it was not organized well. Luckily, the food the day of the wedding was delicious. Our wedding day went flawlessly. We LOVED the Atrium where we held our reception, it’s absolutely not what you would think of when you think of a hotel ballroom. The room is beautifully done with white exposed brick walls, beautiful skylights and all the unique chandeliers and sconces truly pull the room together beautifully. Besides the room, the Crowne Plaza’s wedding staff was top notch. Maria and Meghan were wonderful! Maria is super responsive in any and all communication leading up to the wedding, which was something really important to me in my wedding planning process. The day of the wedding Maria is there to make sure everything is perfect and you have everything and anything you need. My husband and I had THE best day ever and wouldn’t have changed a thing!",

"content": "We cannot say enough amazing things about the Crowne. It was the best decision we could've possibly made. Maria and Meghan were so incredibly professional, patient, responsive, and organized. Our wedding itself was in the Atrium, which is beautiful on its own, but the way they decorated it that day was so much better than we imagined. The food was delicious and the banquet staff was so polite. Our bartender was a rockstar too!! The Crowne itself was more than accomodating to all of our guests during booking and the rooms were great. The staff at Alfreds was extremely accomodating to the after party crowd. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our weekend was. All of our guests keep asking if we are having a one year anniversary party because they had such a great time. If you are considering other places, don't - choose here! They put so much care into the planning process as well as the day of. We cannot thank them enough!",

"content": "Where do I even begin? The Crowne Plaza exceeded my expectations in every way possible! We held our reception in the Atrium, and our guests are STILL talking about the beautiful venue! Maria, my wedding coordinator, and Meghan, her assistant, were amazing to work with… they were extremely helpful, organized and always easy to contact throughout planning and were onsite the day-of to make sure everything was picture-perfect! Crystal was also great to work with for setting up a room-block and making sure we had accommodations for all our friends and family, even on a sold-out weekend! I cannot thank them enough for making our day so special!",

"content": "The CP was an amazing venue. We got married in the Atrium in June 2018 and it was nothing short of amazing. I would do the same thing 10 times over. \n\nHere are a few points I'd like to make:\n- the Atrium is a BEAUTIFUL venue\n- Totally customizable package\n- Maria and Meghan are an excellent team! SO helpful and caring! They make the wedding process so easy. I know I emailed or called more than they would have preferred but they were always prompt to respond and happy to help.\n- Food is great!!!!!\n- Well priced\n- Staff takes care of everything from set up to clean up\n- The ONLY thing that went \"wrong\" was that the AC in the girls suite broke - but the team, fixed it within a couple hours and gave us a free suite for the boys for free\n\nIf you don't book this venue, you will regret it!",

"content": "The Crowne Plaza\n\nFrom the very beginning, coordinating with The Crowne Plaza was a breeze. From room reservations to small details, they left no stone unturned. Maria and Meaghan worked with us tirelessly to ensure that our perfect day was nothing short of pure magic. The food was excellent, even better than we experienced at the tasting and other events. All through the day and night, we were catered to and treated in such high fashion that we felt a little like royalty. We really appreciated the attentive detail that everyone from the banquet manager to the servers/waitstaff showed us. We are especially grateful to Clarence for being understanding but yet professional. It was truly appreciated at the end of a long but joyous day. All in all, we cannot thank The Crowne Plaza for making our special day absolutely perfect.\n\nTodd and Jennifer Hagemoser",

"content": "Maria, the wedding coordinator, was amazing! She was very professional and really made the experience easy and stress free. The venue is beautiful! I got married in the atrium, and my guests all were so impressed. High ceilings and an airy feeling made my venue the best around. Their all inclusive package is such a great thing because you don’t have to worry about finding food, cake, linens, etc. The price for it all was very reasonable. You even get a night stay included. I would absolutely recommend the Crowne Plaza for anyone looking to get married.",

"content": "Our reception was in the Atrium Room and was amazing! Although our wedding coordinator changed during the planning time of our wedding Maria took over and did not skip a beat!! Maria and Meghan did an amazing job of staying in communication with us, with the help of their team, made sure that the day was specifically how we envisioned it! Everyone enjoyed the cocktail hour, food and atmosphere. Our guests who stayed at hotel were very pleased! As newlyweds we were also extremely pleased with our hotel room! If I would do it all over again, I would chose Crowne Plaza in Warwick again.",

"reviewText": "Very happy with my stay here in early September 2025. All staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and in good shape. Room prices were better than expected. Overall, highly recommended. Nice area, easy to walk to some nearby convenience stores, etc.\n\nOn Thursdays they have food trucks in the parking lot. They have all sorts of event hosting opportunities as well. Very impressed with my stay here after staying at other nice hotels across the US, this is among the best, especially at its price point. The staff made the experience great.\n\nIf you're staying in Providence, definitely check out Crowne Plaza! Will be very much worth your time!"

"reviewText": "This hotel really impressed me. It starts with the warm and friendly service at the front desk with John, who welcomed me. Then the room was HUGE and the bathroom was the best with 2 sinks and a toilet room with a locking door. Thomas at the front desk answered all my questions and was so friendly. Then at the beautiful lobby bar I was taken wel care of by Mike. Great wine selection, had a local cab. Everyone has been so nice. The pool is very warm. The gym is clean and decent. Gas station is a 5 minute walk away. I’m happy my company put me up here for a night and hope I come back again soon!"

I cannot recommend his service highly enough!\nFrom the moment I sat down, he was attentive, personable, and truly knowledgeable about the menu. He remembered my drink preferences after the first night and offered fantastic, creative suggestions when I wanted to try something new. His Old Fashioned was perfectly balanced—easily one of the best I've ever had.\nBeyond the drinks, he maintains a great presence behind the bar. He handles busy periods with calm efficiency and always has a welcoming smile. He genuinely elevated the bar experience from just a hotel amenity to a destination. If you're looking for a top-notch cocktail and a great conversation, ask for him."

"reviewText": "We were pleasantly surprised how much better this hotel was than expected. Great location, staff, and large, clean rooms. The bed was medium firm and quite comfortable. It hosts a large conference center, but we were on our own and stayed 4 nights. The food was good quality at fair prices, so there was little need for us to go out for some meals. Tons of free parking. Located just a couple of minutes off the I-95."

"reviewText": "First time ever leaving a bad review like this. Used the Crowne Plaza for my wedding block two weeks ago. We brought in over 25 thousand dollars worth of business for the hotel. We used them for the after party, everyone's room block, and rehearsal dinner.\n\nWe had booked The Atrium room a year and half in advance for our rehearsal dinner. We had a contract and a deposit down. Two weeks before the wedding they let us know that they had switched us into a separate bar area for our rehearsal dinner. A year after we had booked the Atrium they decided to move us and double book another wedding in that area. They never contacted us. We had specifically requested The Atrium and since they advised us only two weeks before the date, we had no time to look for another venue.\n\nThey were not apologetic, and they said the best they could do was offer us a cheese platter and a few glasses of champagne.\n\nWhen we arrived at the rehearsal dinner. The tables were set up incorrectly and did not have enough place settings. The staff then proceeded to watch as the bride and groom had to push tables together and gather more place settings. No one came over to assist. The food was also about a 4 out of 10. This was the worst part of our wedding weekend. The air condition in our room and several of the other guests' rooms were also not functioning properly.\n\nUPDATE: After speaking with manager Sarah. She actually cared and took the time to hear me out. She apologized and comped a room and a portion of the bar tab. She was great and as disappointed as I was I will be giving Crowne Plaza another chance."
