Kailey helped us leading up to the wedding and she was amazing as well! They kept everything organized and on time and were very present throughout the planning process.\nThe gazebo ceremony area and the ballroom are absolutely beautiful.\nWe chose to add on the boat ride for the boys to the ceremony and for the wedding party coming back and even though it was chilly, it was worth it. \nOur guests have all been raving about how polite, fun and professional the staff was. And at the end of the night, they packed everything up for us quickly and efficiently. They were so friendly and helpful.\nThis was easily the best night of our lives, and we couldn’t have made that happen without all of the help from everyone at Crystal Lake. ",

Not only was the vision for the newly renovated Wisteria Room and reception room exactly what we wanted, but meeting and working with Kayla truly made our decision easy. Kayla was fantastic to work with from the beginning, always answering our many, many questions and reassuring us the entire process. On top of Kayla, the entire staff (Kailey, Cody, etc.) were great, they helped us the entire way and made sure everything went off without a hitch. They are all truly professionals. Crystal Lake makes the food tasting an event, where you can see how the reception will look and feel. The food was amazing!! The entire day/night went on perfectly, we couldn't have asked for a better venue and team to work with. If you're looking for a venue in RI, look no further than Crystal Lake Golf Club! You will not regret it! ",

"content": "From the moment we toured this venue we knew this was THE place! Kayla and Kailey were a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail and coordination made the entire process seamless. It was truly the wedding of our dreams and I would recommend this venue to everyone! From the moment you walk up to the building the grounds are beautifully kept and immaculate. Patio with the fire pits..I mean COME ON! Fabulous!!! The food was delicious and the attention to detail in regards to guest's allergies made the day that less worrisome. Being a Type A person I had a vision in mind and everything was set up and placed exactly how I dreamed. The waitstaff were all so professional and wonderful. I can't say enough about this venue! Excellent all around and exceeded all my expectations. I can't thank everyone enough!! ",

My husband and I had our wedding here on Thursday September 18th 2025 and it was the absolute best!! From the very beginning Kayla was a pleasure to work with. She helped organize everything in a way that wasn't overwhelming and answered any and all questions we had. The timeline she created was perfect, allowing us time to sit and eat and even go table to table to say thank you to all our guests while also having ample time to dance the night away! On wedding day we had the pleasure of having Kailey as our wedding coordinator and she was amazing! Her and the other staff members were all so great, from setting up our tables exactly how I pictured to making us feel so celebrated on our big day! We are truly thankful for everyone involved at Crystal Lake for making our wedding dreams come true!!",

"content": "From the moment we walked in we knew this venue was the one. The recent updates are absolutely stunning, you can’t beat the water view or the perfect ceremony location. Kayla was amazing to work with. She answered every question we had and was helpful every step of the way. The whole staff truly provided the best guest experience. Our guest have commented how smoothly everything ran and how much the staff was so attentive. The venue accommodated every food allergy and request with out hesitation! Crystal lake truly made our day perfect and we are so sad it’s over!",

"content": "There are truly are not enough words for me to describe this venue, the team, etc. My husband and I recently got married here at the beginning of the month, May 2nd. From the moment we toured the venue we knew this was the place. Kayla made the whole process so simple and stress free. She was always there to answer any question I had. We were lucky enough to have her as our day of coordinator. As someone who is always anxious she truly helped put my mind at ease and made sure the day was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The whole night her and her staff really went above and beyond making sure not only my husband and myself were all set but also our parents and guests. Guests loved the venue, location, the boat and antique car, the food; the list keeps going! Honestly, if I could do it all over again because of the amazing experience we had I would. I cannot recommend them enough! ",

My fiancé and I got married on November 22, 2024 and the night was absolutely perfect thanks to Kayla and the Crystal lake event staff! Kayla made everything such a stress free process for us. Every time we reached out to her for something she was very quick to respond. She made sure the entire night went as planned and we did not have to worry about anything. Due to the weather we had to move our wedding to the Wisteria room inside. They made the inside look just as beautiful as it would have been outside! All of our guests were truly impressed by how beautiful the entire venue was. The entire staff at Crystal Lake deserves more than 5 stars! We thank you all again for everything! ",

She walked us through every step and didn’t miss any details. She wants to make sure you have the best wedding day. \n\nThe food is amazing and the prices are unbeatable. We got nothing but compliments on the appetizers, dinner, and drinks. We didn’t do personalized cocktails but Crystal Lake had options for guests to choose from and they were a hit. \n\nWe also rented a vintage car and the boat. This really added magic to our experience without breaking the bank. If you pick Crystal Lake, we highly recommend these. It brought personal touches to our day and were some of our most favorite memories. \n\nThis venue is indeed a hidden gem and they are truly amping their wedding and event game. Amazing view of the lake all year round. 10/10 recommend Crystal Lake. WE LOVE YOU GUYS XO",

"content": "My husband and I got married on 9/21/24 at Crystal Lake. When we first toured the venue it was prior to the remodel and change in staff. We fell in love with Crystal Lake and the views in the dead of winter and were so excited to have a fall wedding there. We secured our wedding date back in February 2023.\n\nFast forward to our wedding day we were excited to see the remodel and were blown away with all the updates that Kayla had made. The venue was truly transformed and my husband and I were even more excited to use the venue as our wedding location.\n\nDue to the rain we had to have the ceremony inside but that didn’t change anything about the day. Having the ceremony inside made it more intimate and we still were able to use our gazebo decor indoors.\n\nFor the rehearsal and ceremony we worked with Teia, Stephanie, and Cody. All three staff members were truly fantastic. \n\nTeia and Stephanie were our coordinators and made sure every single detail was perfect for me. They made sure that they always had direct confirmation from me before making any changes. They also truly helped relax me before I made my walk down the aisle. Teia held water for me to sip on and stephanie made sure I was ready before opening the doors. I truly thank them for their patience and attention to detail.\n\nCody was our banquet manager and he was SO much fun. Everyone loved him and he was so personable. He always made everything fun and also paid attention to the details. He always made me feel like I was the most important person in the room and I appreciated that!!\n\nMy husband and I had a beautiful wedding and reception at Crystal Lake and wouldn’t change a thing about our day!",

"content": "Crystal Lake Golf Club was the perfect venue for me and my husband’s special day. We had an amazingly experience, Kayla was incredibly helpful and super organized. It really helped take a lot of pressure out of planning the wedding. The food is delicious. Everyone was very accommodating and helped with our one mobility impaired guest and our guest who had food allergies. I am very happy with the service and would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married. "content": "I wish I could describe how truly wonderful our wedding day was at Crystal Lake. It was more than we could have ever imagined and more! The space is simply gorgeous with its beautiful outdoor patio looking over the lake to the newly renovated interior. The staff did such a wonderful job setting everything up better than we could have ever envisioned. The gazebo on the water makes your ceremony that much more special. Our guests were blown away with how breath taking the location was and how delicious their meals were. The staff was very attentive, polite and on top of everything. Our wedding coordinator Kayla was phenomenal. She made the day flawless and everything went so smoothly! She made it so we could just take in everything and not worry about the little things. Crystal Lake checks all the boxes when it comes to getting married! I can’t say enough great things about them. All we can is thank you to all at Crystal Lake that helped make our day perfect! ",

We recently got married, 5/31, and we can't stop thinking about our special day. \n\nWhen we first booked the venue we had a different coordinator and the space was a bit outdated. Kayla stepped in as the new coordinator and enhanced everything completely. The space itself has transformed and looks stunning - it was more than we could've ever asked for. \n\nKayla was the best coordinator ever; answered all my questions, made me feel at ease, and was there the day of to make sure everything ran according to plan. I didn't have to worry about anything besides getting married! It was the biggest relief. \n\nEveryone was so impressed with the beauty of the location and the incredible food. If you are looking for a venue that truly does it all for an incredibly value - Crystal Lake is where it's at! ",

"content": "Crystal Lake is truly a hidden gem for Rhode Island weddings! When my husband and I started looking at wedding venues, we were amazed when we found Crystal Lake. The ceremony site is hidden in the woods with a beautiful view of the lake behind you and the reception room has big windows, twinkly lights and plenty of space. For such a beautiful, unique venue, we found all of their prices the most reasonable. And trust me - I looked all over RI, CT and MA!! We started working with our wedding coordinator Tracy, who decided to leave Crystal Lake to spend more time with her family. We then began working with Kayla. Kayla was amazing from the first day we worked with her. When she took over, she called me and talked with me on the phone for an hour to make sure all of the details she had for our wedding were still what we needed. She made herself available at any point and she answered my last minute questions, reassuring me and encouraging me. The day of the rehearsal and the wedding, Kayla kept everyone calm and laughing. There were so many things behind the scenes that she did for us to keep the day running smoothly. We can't thank her enough! The food was excellent! Many of our guests took the time to compliment the food after our wedding. Overall, we truly couldn't have had a better day with Crystal Lake. We are so grateful for all they did to make our day so special. We wish we could get married every year, and Crystal Lake would be our choice every time!",

"content": "Crystal Lake truly is a hidden gem in RI. From the second we saw this venue we knew it was the one to book! The venue is gorgeous, the white drapery and lights around the room are perfect extra additions. We were lucky and had a Saturday without rain so our ceremony was at the gazebo, which is breathtaking. Especially in the fall season! The food is delicious, every one of our guests highly complimented it. There were some bumps in the road of previous wedding coordinators leaving (who were fantastic for the time we worked with them) to a new coordinator, Kayla, who took over. I can’t imagine it’s very easy to step in halfway through wedding planning and working with multiple couples but Kayla handled it so well! She was quick to respond to any message I sent her. She was there for rehearsal and our day making sure it all went flawless. I give her a lot of kudos for all she did in a short time and making it all run smoothly. I can’t recommend Crystal Lake enough!! ",

Tracy was so helpful with keeping us on schedule with planning and making sure our wedding day was everything we could’ve wanted. She was very communicative and answered any/all questions I had. She made us feel so comfortable and confident before and on our wedding day! She kept everyone on schedule and did a beautiful job capturing my vision. Trust me - we looked everywhere!\n\nMy now-husband's cousin got married at Crystal Lake Golf Club in 2019, and we fell in love with the place when we went to their wedding. Crystal Lake became the bar against which we measured every other venue we toured when it was our turn to plan a wedding. We looked at venues in MA, Maine, VT, CT, and elsewhere in RI, and nowhere else could match the beauty - or the value - of Crystal Lake. So many other venues had outrageous price minimums we had to hit and were nowhere near as gorgeous. Crystal Lake was hands down the most beautiful venue we saw, AND it was the most affordable by a long shot. After months of touring other venues, Crystal Lake turned out to be the slam-dunk all along, and that's where we got married on 7/29/2023.\n\nPlanning a wedding is stressful enough, but then our coordinator quit her job for family reasons just a few weeks before our wedding. Her replacement also left, and after they were gone, it was up to Teia Dunne and Kayla Ferenc to pick up the reins. I can't imagine the kind of stress they were under, but Teia and Kayla absolutely killed it. They are absolute superwomen, and they helped our wedding day run as smoothly as it possibly could have given the circumstances (and the crazy weather we had). I can't thank them enough for taking charge at the last minute and helping us have the wedding of our dreams. If they were able to pull together a flawless wedding in just a few weeks after the main coordinator left, just imagine how great your wedding will be if you're able to work with them throughout your whole engagement!\n\nThe food was delicious, the service was spectacular, and you cannot beat the natural beauty of this place. Our ceremony was outside in a gazebo by the lake, and a swan swam up to the ceremony site as we were reading our vows. It was so romantic and it was everything I ever hoped for. \n\nThe reception area (the Waterfront Room) is also beautiful! There are huge windows overlooking the lake, an outdoor patio that guests can hang out on during cocktail hour, and they decorate the ceiling with tulle and string lights for a cozy, rustic vibe inside. Our DJ went absolutely rogue and had everyone dancing all night in this gorgeous space. It was such a blast, and I'll be thinking about it forever.\n\nAll in all, if you've been tearing your hair out trying to find a gorgeous venue that won't destroy your wallet, you can stop right now. You've found it. You will not find a better venue for the price in all of New England, and with Teia and Kayla to help you out, your wedding will be everything you've ever hoped for. I can't thank the Crystal Lake staff enough for everything they did for us. This place is truly magical. Thank you, Teia and Kayla and everyone, for everything.",

Actually the entire process from booking our date to the actual wedding was so smooth, I have never been so impressed. My husband and I had a very bad experience with the venue we originally booked with leaving us no choice but to find a new venue 6 months before our wedding. Let me tell you- it was a blessing! This situation was the true definition of \"everything happens for a reason\". Tracy was so attentive and answered every email within 24 hours leaving me with no worry. She went above and beyond with set up and decorating the day of and even used her own creativity for some of my decor. My guest are still raving about how beautiful the venue is and how delicious the food was! I would recommend Crystal Lake to any couple looking to tie the knot!",

"content": "We had a terrific experience with Tracy and the team at Crystal Lake. In fact, they made Covid wedding planning easy. My husband I initially booked the venue for our wedding, originally scheduled for July 2020. We eventually decided to hold our ceremony on our original date in 2020 and postpone our reception until August 2021. Crystal lake helped us put on a beautiful small ceremony with a private dinner on the patio in 2020 and a fantastic vow renewal and reception in 2021. To say they were accommodating is an understatement. Through all of the uncertainty, changing restrictions, and multiple reschedulings, we felt very lucky to have booked Crystal Lake as our venue. Tracy was an absolute superstar; she went above and beyond to keep us informed and calm through everything. She helped us coordinate our rescheduling with our venders and ensured that everything stayed in order. Both of our events went off without a hitch. The outdoor ceremony space by the lake is beautiful and secluded, and we loved getting married there in 2020 and doing our vow renewal in 2021. After our vow renewal, the wedding party enjoyed a fun boat ride around the lake with champagne and appetizers. The boat dropping us off at the cocktail hour was a fun touch. The food was absolutely delicious, and the team made sure to accommodate dietary needs. Our decorations were set up perfectly. And Tracy and team were super accommodating with some last-minute changes we had to the seating chart due to a mistake on my end. Our guests loved being able to utilize the large patio adjoining the ballroom throughout the event. Everyone at crystal lake was so helpful and kind. Most of all, we had a BLAST! When we started planning our wedding, I met Tracy, the wedding coordinator for Crystal Lake. She was amazing! She answered all of my questions and worked with me on every small and large detail. Our wedding was postponed and throughout the entire process, Tracy was there for me. She is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to weddings and vendors. She has been in this business for a long time and it shows. When our VW bus broke down and my schedule was completely thrown off, she drove me to the ceremony site and helped me calm down. She made me feel so relaxed and made sure every last detail was taken care of all day long!! The team helping Tracy was just as phenomenal as her. The bartenders, servers, and even the guys driving golf carts were always super friendly and professional. They made great drinks and fit in perfectly with our day! And the food at our wedding was to die for! We chose a simple menu, but it tasted like we splurged! Their prices were spot on and, in my opinion, WAY less than they could be charging. If you’re looking for a hidden gem, this is your place! Crystal Lake is great for any type of wedding, from laid back and causal to suit and tie. I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Tracy as a wedding coordinator, and I hope we get a chance to go back and visit her and Crystal Lake every year!",

"content": "Our wedding at Crystal Lake was everything we had hoped for and more!!! Tracy made the whole planning process so easy and put everything together for us so nicely! We had out ceremony at the outdoor gazebo followed by a boat ride across the lake to the reception area and everything was so beautiful! I highly recommend crystal lake!!!\n\nThey have a great preferred vendors list that makes planning so easy! I just would NOT recommend music machine entertainment for your dj, they played the wrong song for our first dance which was the only down fall of the night",

"content": "If you are able to have your wedding here consider yourself lucky! There is a hidden gem in the wedding coordinator and her name is Tracy! We had initially planned a wedding for 5/1/2020 but covid changed all that. It was so stressful and disappointing but Tracy made it much easier. I read so many horror stories about venues not being flexible and Tracy was so accommodating! She's just a genuinely nice person who you can tell really cares about her job and clients. We ended up getting married 11/8 with just our parents,siblings and wedding party. I really felt like the day wouldn't feel like wedding and id be missing out on something or leave feeling deflated. It was completely the opposite. We left feeling like the day couldn't ever be replicated it was that perfect and no small part of that is due to Tracy. Were so grateful to have picked this venue!",

"content": "My husband and I (finally) had our wedding September 19th and it was the most PERFECT day. Tracy (the coordinator) is the most amazing woman and made sure that every last detail was perfect all day. We had to reschedule a third time and every time Tracy made the transition seamless. Our ceremony was in the gazebo by the lake, which is absolutely beautiful - and our reception was in the pavilion outside and it was just perfect. The venue is gorgeous, but Tracy sold me from day 1.",

"content": "We are so happy we decided to go with Crystal Lake for our wedding. After our first visit seeing the beautiful views and reception room, and meeting the friendly staff we knew Crystal Lake was where we wanted to have our wedding. Tracy was fantastic to work with from the beginning. Once Covid happened, Crystal Lake couldn’t have been more accommodating, allowing us to have a mini wedding on our original date and a larger reception next year. We just had our mini ceremony this past Friday, it was a beautiful day. Tracy went out of her way to make it still feel like the original ceremony we had hoped for. She stepped in to help with the music and staging photos, to even pinning my flower crown to my hair. All our guests commented on the beautiful grounds and delicious food. We cannot recommend them enough! We can’t wait to celebrate again in May and have our full reception! ",

"content": "On June 29th 2019, my husband and I were married at Crystal Lake. To say our wedding was everything we could have imagined and more would still be an understatement as to how perfect the day truly was. As someone who has worked as a Wedding Coordinator for a venue, I can honestly say there is no one like Tracy Hill. Her attention to detail, her willingness to go above and beyond, her kindness and her passion for her career (just to name a few) are the reasons our wedding was as perfect as it was. Her team are absolute rockstars, our guests still talk about how amazing our bartenders (The Ryan’s) were. The ceremony site and grounds are incredible, our wedding photos look as though we traveled all over Rhode Island that day. Being able to have our pups as our flower girl and ring bearer at our ceremony, was one of the most precious moments of my life. The food was absolutely outstanding. The chef in coordination with Tracy made our brunch for dinner theme the biggest success, our guest are still raving about it. I can not wait to share many more milestones with our loved ones at Crystal Lake. Tracy has truly become a part of our family and we are so blessed to have shared our wedding day with her. I will forever be thankful for choosing Crystal Lake as our venue and having them make June 29th 2019 one of the best days of our lives.",

My fiancé and I got married on November 22, 2024 and the night was absolutely perfect thanks to Kayla and the Crystal lake event staff! Kayla made everything such a stress free process for us. Every time we reached out to her for something she was very quick to respond. She made sure the entire night went as planned and we did not have to worry about anything. Due to the weather we had to move our wedding to the Wisteria room inside. They made the inside look just as beautiful as it would have been outside! All of our guests were truly impressed by how beautiful the entire venue was. The entire staff at Crystal Lake deserves more than 5 stars! We thank you all again for everything!"

From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was something special.\n\nWhen we first met Kayla, she was incredibly patient and kind — not just with me and my now-husband, but with my parents as well. She made us feel at ease from day one, and when the week of the wedding finally arrived, her support and reassurance meant the world to me. She kept telling me everything would work out — and it truly did, thanks in large part to her!\n\nWe also held our rehearsal dinner at Crystal Lake, and it was amazing. Our guests are still raving about it! The food, the atmosphere, and the service were top-notch. We already loved coming here for golf and dinner, but now the place holds even more meaning as it’s where we tied the knot.\n\nKayla even served as our officiant — and she did a beautiful job. The weather was a little chilly, so she kept it short and sweet (which many guests appreciated!), and after the ceremony, we were treated to a private boat ride — such a special and calming moment before the celebration kicked off.\n\nAnother incredible touch? We got a ride to and from the aisle in an antique car, and it could not have been more perfect. It added such a classic, romantic feel to the ceremony and made the moment even more unforgettable.\n\nThe night of the wedding was magical. The staff was absolutely incredible, attentive, and kind, and when we came back the next day to grab a few things, they were just as welcoming. I truly didn’t want the night to end.\n\nWhether you’re looking for a casual dinner on the patio or a full-scale wedding celebration, I cannot recommend Crystal Lake Golf Club enough. They made our dream day a reality, and we’ll cherish the memories forever."
