        "content": "Using the Hilton Providence was a GREAT idea..although on the pricy side and had actually been outside of our budget they were only one of two willing to even discuss having outside catering for our ethnic wedding. This hotel was awesome although ND quite accommodating of our needs. Courtney whom I worked with very closely was very easy to communicate with and at no time did I feel as though she easy non existent. Even when she was out of the office it still felt as though she was present. I recommend them for any wedding and they had a beautiful area for cocktail hour!",

        "content": "Just wanted to take the opportunity to share the experience my wife and I had with setting up our room block and planning our brunch at the Hilton Providence.  For us, setting up the room block was one of the more stressful aspects of the wedding planning since about 100% of our guests were traveling to Providence.  We ended up going with the Providence Hilton for our main block and were lucky enough to get Courtney as our event coordinator.  She was absolutely fantastic and extremely flexible in helping us determine the constant flux of our room block.  She also helped coordinate the Sunday brunch send off for our guests at the Hilton.  It was extremely well done and they had everything prepared as soon as the brunch was to start.  The room was absolutely beautiful and there was plenty of food and our guests were extremely appreciative of the tasty food and good start for the morning after celebrations.\n\nOverall, Courtney was so valuable in making the possibly very stressful part of planning much easier.  She is very kind and patient in dealing with stressed out brides and grooms and couldn’t be more highly recommended by us!\n",

We have nothing but compliments for our wedding coordinators Courtney and Kristina, who were with us every step of the way!  The ballroom is spacious and beautiful. The foyer area that held our cocktail area was the perfect space for our guests to mingle before the reception began. The service was impeccable, staff very accommodating and friendly all evening. If you are looking for a ballroom venue with complimentary parking look no further then the Hilton Providence! ( Guests also have option to book a room for the evening at discounted rate) We were extremely pleased with the outcome and all the hard work put forth by our wedding coordinators definitely contributed to the success of the evening. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, venue and service! Perfect, A+! ",

        "content": "I had my wedding at the Hilton in providence on New Year's Eve 2015 and it was the best day! Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond for us. Courtney answered any and every question I had. The day of the wedding Kristina and Lorraine made sure that every detail I asked for was executed. They really did everything they could to keep me at ease and my guests happy.  I was hesitant about having a hotel wedding because of cost but it turned out less than I expected and it came with many extra amenities that you can't get from a banquet hall or restaurant. For example, the piece of mind of guests being able to spend the night in the hotel and knowing they are safe and not driving home drunk or encountering other drunk drivers. I am very pleased with my choice and highly recommend the Hilton because of it's amazing staff. ",

        "content": "The food quality was amazing and the uplighting made the room elegant. A coached and great DJ made this venue spectacular. Many have and are still commenting how elegant or how tasty the wedding was. We had a wedding for 110 folks and it could not have gone any smoother. Courtney M. is a great communicator so with her help and the flexibility of the kitchen they can determine what will work for the entire group. Giti of BusyBee Flowers and the DJs/videographers from Gue Productions. Tatiana took 2500-3000 amazing pics. All in all it was a really fun and tasty outing at a decent price. \r\n",

        "content": "A great value for the money.  The food and service were wonderful and my guests all had a great time.  I did not hear one bit of negative feedback.  One of the sole reasons I chose the Hilton was the attentiveness of the Catering Manager, Courtney Maleakas.  I cannot say enough about her professionalism and responsiveness throughout the wedding, even with an anxious bride!  In fact, the entire catering staff was just top-notch and so accomodating.  Our bridal suite was so nice and it was great to just retire to the room after a long day.  Parking could be a bit of a pain since it is in the middle of the city, but they did their best to accomodate our rehearsal dinners, set-up, etc. with the attached garage.  I highly recommend this venue.",

        "content": "My fiance and I wanted a location for our wedding that was central for both of our families which is how we ended up in Providence.  From the get go, the Hilton was more than accommodating with our requests for parking, number of guests and meal choices.  My wedding coordinator was changed less than half way through the planning which could have been nerve wracking; however, Courtney was an absolute pleasure to work with.  She went above and beyond every single time we asked for something.  She made the whole planning process easy.  I wanted to do my food tasting on a Saturday and earlier than the normal six months prior to the wedding since I was making my own wedding invitations and she made that possible.  I even had my parents and my fiances parents at the tasting to help us narrow down our choices.  \r\nThe few weeks leading up to my wedding she was very sick but that didn't stop her!  She was in constant contact with me about everything detail and I never once felt like she wasn't there for me.  She truly made the whole process much easier.\r\nAbove and beyond her stellar performance, every guest commented on how delicious the food was; we chose three meal options, salmon, steak and chicken marsala.  The event staff at the actual wedding were friendly, approachable but never in the way. They made sure that everything was done according to the schedule we had agreed upon prior to the event.  I had my niece and nephew there and I wanted their meals to come out first which they made sure happened.  The kids got chicken fingers and fries which they loved! \r\nThe room was immaculate and set-up early enough that I could sneak in for a peak before I had to get dressed.\r\nI can't say enough good things about the Hilton Providence, its staff and the wedding consultants.  If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!  I highly recommend the Hilton Providence.",
