        "content": "We held our wedding reception at Kempenaar's and let me tell you, I'd do it all over again the exact same way. Chuck and his team are insanely good at what they do; it's an art. 200+ people and we were all able to eat together, at the same time. There are so many menu options, bar on site, and the property is beautiful. There was so much room for activities, volleyball, horseshoes, bocce; we loved every second of it. Chuck was very responsive, kept us updated, met and allowed our other vendors to see the venue. The steamers alone make this a 5 star review. ",

        "content": "I feel like this review would be best delivered with photos because we can't put into words the experience we had at Kempenaar's. We were there for our welcome party the night BEFORE our wedding, and it was just as beautiful and fun as the big day! Our guests were blown away...the grounds are beautifully-kept and SO fun, with different tents and spaces for gathering, and a REALLY cool bar. Everyone loved seeing where the clambake actually happens, too - you can see it all go down right in front of you. And the lawn games...kept our crowd busy for hours. So much fun, and such a unique venue. Can't wait to go back! Chuck is super cool too - pretty sure he let my mother-in-law do things that technically wasn't in their contract. Thanks for that!! :)",

        "content": "We heard that throughout the night at our wedding at Kempenaar's! Chuck, the owner, was very flexible with us and made sure everything was perfect and just the way we wanted it.  We had the place to ourselves, there was plenty of space but it wasn't too spread out, there was a great rain plan, and we were able to visit the venue on a drop-by basis whenever we needed to confirm something for our decorations! Can't wait until somebody else decides to get married there so we can do it all again!",
