"content": "My husband and I got married at the beautiful Evermore estate in September 2025. The day of the wedding was perfect, and the new owners have really done an excellent job renovating the property. The barn has gotten a nice face lift, and the bridal suite is stunning. They've also done a beautiful job with the landscaping and have some great new additions for future couples. My only issue was when we originally booked this venue in April 2025, there were different owners and a lot of new rules that we had to abide by. It caused me a lot of stress as a bride to see emails about new policies and learn from the caterer (rather than directly from the Evermore) of new construction. In the end though Leslie (and Liz from Vinwood) were able to help accommodate our needs and the wedding day was perfect. ",

"content": "We absolutely LOVED this venue!!! We fell in love with the property the second we drove up on our first visit. The mansion on the property was so beautiful and timeless. We booked the venue before it was taken over by new owners, so seeing the updates they made by our wedding day was amazing! The brand new bridal suite was incredible!!!! The cocktail hour area was also updated from the first time we saw it, and it was beautiful! The barn on the property was also so cozy and perfect for the reception. We got so many compliments on the beauty of the venue, and people loved looking at the donkeys across the field!! We could not imagine our wedding day anywhere else, it was absolutely perfect!! ",

"content": "A lot of compliments about how beautiful the venue is. I was pretty disappointed by the stay though. Leslie gives you a lot of attitude if you ask for help. She made me feel bad for wanting help. Also, I'm not sure if I was told to have everything out of the mansion, but if I was, a reminder would have been nice. Instead of reminding me, they threw all my stuff in a trash bag like garbage- EVEN MY WEDDING DRESS. My wedding dress was underneath dirty dress shoes and I was absolutely appalled. Also, they told me to get my stuff out of the barn by 10:00, and when I showed up at 8:00, it was locked. No one communicated WHEN I could come by. I called so many different numbers and not one was answered. The night of the wedding, the server that was supposed to serve my husband and I went missing after serving our meal. I couldn't find her anywhere. The barn got so hot because the doors were open, but I didn't even know I could close them because I couldn't find the staff that was supposed to help me. Then I found her at 10:00, I told her it was too hot the whole night, and she was like \"well, you had the doors open.\" How should I know I could close them? Would not recommend this venue to a friend or family.",

"content": "Peirce Farm is a picturesque estate that will make your photos POP. In some ways it's a blank template -- you want an upscale barn wedding, and their property gives you the chance to make it yours.\n\nYou have the property all day, giving your makeup, photographer, and other vendors one place to make all the magic happen. The house accommodates up to 50 guests in addition to the catering staff, so you have plenty of space for your wedding party to be together before the ceremony. The downside is that the wedding must end by 9:30pm with a hard stop at 10pm. So if you want to party late (we didn't) you'll need an afterparty spot.",

The grounds and barn are beautiful and the size and setup worked well for our ~110 guest wedding, with ceremony and cocktail hour outside and buffet dinner and dancing in the barn. Staff were very communicative and easy to work with. Their wedding guide was super helpful and we were very happy with the vendors we picked from their list of recommendations.\n\nHaving access to the grounds, house, and barn for the entire day of the wedding was a huge plus and helped Peirce Farm stand out more from some of the other venues we looked at. They also provided all tables and chairs and their exclusive caterer (Vinwood Caterers) was great to work with.",

The venue itself is gorgeous, including the mansion, the barn reception area, and all of the surrounding land, including the ceremony arbor and white picket fence housing adorable mules and donkeys! \n\nThe entire staff was so helpful throughout the process. We peppered them with tons of questions in way too many emails over the past several months and they always responded quickly, were able to accommodate and even anticipate all our requests (without charging us extra for every little request), and made great suggestions to us along the way as well. Our wedding itself went incredibly smoothly thanks to their team's excellent set-up and coordination with their exclusive caterer, Vinwood (also excellent). We looked at a LOT of venues before this one and nothing came close to the combined beauty, service, and overall value at Peirce. Highly recommend!",

"content": "Our first impression of Peirce Farm was positive--it's just a gorgeous spot--and then we found out that we would have the place from 8 am to midnight and we were sold! The staff was amazingly easy to work with. We had a rain plan and a barn with AC, that unfortunately, in the recent intense humidity and heatwave, was only a little cooling, but so much better than a tent! The farm comes with a selected vendor, but this was great since Vinwood is also excellent and they work so well together. We got so many compliments on how amazing the space was and we had a wonderful fairytale day!",

"content": "I cannot say enough wonderful things about Peirce Farm or the staff that work there. When Bill gave us the tour, I immediately knew this was the venue for us. My husband and I canceled all other venue tours because we knew Peirce was the one for us! All questions were answered in a timely manner and I felt so supported by the staff throughout the whole process. There was no event happening the day before my wedding, so we were allowed to bring the bins with decorations to the barn the afternoon before. The day of the wedding, we got in at 8 am to start getting ready and Gary assisted us in bringing up any bags, as well as checking on us throughout the morning to check to see if there was anything we needed while getting ready. The staff also helped us in cleaning up our personal belongings in the barn and the mansion at the end of the day, which was so incredibly kind. My family and friends kept talking about how nice the staff was and how beautiful the grounds are. Our wedding had about 75 people, which was perfect for the size of the barn and grassy area for cocktail hour. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone! ",

"content": "We LOVE Peirce Farm. From the moment Bill gave us a tour we knew we had found the place for our wedding. It is rustic and beautiful and even has animals in the field at the bottom of the hill! The staff made planning so easy answering our emails right away and taking care of everything. Great price and you get the mansion, grounds and barn starting at 8am on the day of your event which we used to have lunch and hang out with family. The outside space is gorgeous and we planned our ceremony there. There was a severe thunder storm so we switched to inside the barn with no issues and the guests had no idea! 100% recommending to all our friends! ",

Both managers at Peirce farm are responsive, super friendly, and always helpful. We had our ceremony inside due to the season, and it was absolutely fantastic. Our guests were just in love with the barn, and their partnership with Vinwood Catering is the best move they could have made. Vinwood was incredible. We had the mansion to use to get ready during the day, and our photos were taken inside the mansion as well. I cannot say enough about this place! Thank you Peirce Farm for helping us host the wedding of our dreams! ",

"content": "My husband and I got married on 9/9/23 and it was an INCREDIBLE day! We knew Peirce Farm at Witch Hill was the perfect venue for us the moment we saw it. We went back a total of three times before our wedding and Bill and Candace were the most kind and accommodating people. They were so warm and welcoming, gave us facts about the property and the history, and answered all of our many questions. Each time we visited we truly felt as though we were visiting friends. The atmosphere is so charming and classic New England. We were specifically looking for an elevated rustic venue when we began our search. We loved how Peirce Farm had not only the refinished barn, but also a beautiful estate, and lovely grounds for outdoor ceremony/cocktail uses. The grounds were gorgeous and we also loved the flexibility of the venue. It was great to have the venue all day to ensure the bridal party could get ready on site and to complete all of the photos prior to the ceremony. The venue comes with so many things that could be additional charges at other places such as (arbor, ceremony chairs, chiavari walnut chairs for the reception, cafe string lighting, etc.). I could gush about the venue and its beauty all day long, but the thing that stood out to me the most was how incredible the staff is at Peirce! We had some last minute weather blow in on our day (I’m talking 10 minutes prior to the ceremony), and Candace handled everything so calmly and so professionally. Because of the knowledge and efficiency of the staff we were able to successfully have our ceremony outdoors! A little rain didn't take away from the experience at all! I could not recommend Peirce Farm enough to everyone and anyone. It’s a wonderful mix of rustic and elegant charm. All of our guests were so impressed with the venue and the grounds, raving about the beauty of the venue itself and the setting. This is the PERFECT venue with the most amazing folks who run it. Thank you Candace and Bill for such an incredible experience and magical wedding day!! We loved it!!!!",

"content": "Peirce Farm at Witch Hill is a stunning property with a professional staff. From my first visit to the farm, I knew this was where I wanted to get married. The venue managers - Bill and Leslie - were incredibly kind, took the time to show me the property and answer any questions I had, and were the same people I worked with leading up to the wedding. We had some unique arrangements that the team was more than willing to accomodate, including furniture placement and use of some storage space when we wanted to drop off items in advance of the wedding.\nI absolutely loved that the venue has space for all elements of a wedding, from getting ready to ceremony to reception. And they're masters at helping to determine best rain plans.\nNote that it is sometimes difficult to get ahold of the venue by phone, but I discovered this was due to the venue managers helping the staff maintain and prepare the property for their guests. I came to drop off my final payment, and when they weren't answering the phone, I found Bill using a leaf blower to clean out the barn of dirt from the previous day's event. As soon as he saw me, he stopped what he was doing so we could speak, and he even spent time pointing out some of the items we could use for our event.",

"content": "We toured 4-5 rustic venues in MA and Peirce was hands down the winner. While there are countless gorgeous rustic venues in New England, we went with Peirce because what we were getting for our money was so much more than the other venues, plus the Peirce team is SO laid back and flexible. For example, most venues we spoke with/saw would charge so much extra for small details, like hundreds of dollars in fees to hang up string lights, whereas Peirce just has them up! They care about their couples and are not trying to upcharge at every turn. Not to mention, the venue itself is gorgeous. We loved that there were distinct places for getting ready vs. ceremony vs. cocktail hour vs. reception, but that everything was close-by and all on the one property. We worked a lot with Candace who was so sweet, we also got a great tour from Bill who knows a ton of fun historic facts about the venue. We couldn't be happier with the venue!",

From finding a time to meet and walk through the final details to helping us ensure everything ran smoothly the day of. The venue itself is stunning, the barn and mansion provide two unique but complimentary spaces for gorgeous and creative photos. My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful time getting ready in the bridal suite in the mansion the morning of the wedding and my husband and his groomsmen loved the study area to hang out and take photos. The barn is beautifully decorated with the string lights that are always hung and really didn’t need much more decor to make it feel polished. We also absolutely loved being able to take photos with the animals living on the property. We highly recommend Peirce Farm and couldn’t imagine having a more perfect venue.",

"content": "Peirce Farm is a beautiful venue both inside (the barn and mansion) and outside. One of the reasons why we booked it is that we felt secure knowing that our wedding would take place in a gorgeous setting, no matter the weather conditions. We could not be happier with the choice we made for our Fall 2022 wedding.\n\nWe arrived a little before 8am on our wedding day, and the place was spotless and ready to go for us. The lighting in the barn was elegant, and it was already beautifully decorated for the season with cute fall touches. It didn’t need much additional decorating because it was already so stunning.\n\nI think this venue is a great value because you have the whole property from 8am until midnight. This allowed us to show up early to unload and have hair and makeup come onsite. We saved money and time/hassle by not having to find another space to get ready (like a hotel) and transportation. And again, it doesn’t need a ton of decor or lighting because it is already so picturesque. \n\nThe house had so much room and bright lighting for getting ready. But also, it was such a beautiful place to spend the time before the wedding getting ready with friends and family. It made for a very relaxing day with plenty of space. We used the kitchen to heat food and sat around the table and couches to talk.\n\nThe detailed planning packet they gave with vendor recommendations was very helpful. All the vendors we worked with that came recommended were outstanding. The venue staff was attentive and promptly answered all my email inquiries in the months leading up to the event.",

The reception barn was a great space with lots of unique features, there is an outdoor deck and a fireplace inside and outside. Having the mansion all day to get ready was perfect, we had plenty of space and it is beautiful and unique. The staff was always very kind and helpful, and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend Peirce Farm to anyone looking for a barn/rustic-style wedding!",

I looked for a long time for a venue and as soon as I saw Pierce farm everything clicked into place. It was perfect! Beautiful outdoor setting, light, clean and airy barn, and plenty of options for personalization. I highly recommend using vinwood catering for the food, they were INCREDIBLE and more affordable than similar companies I researched.",

"content": "We held our wedding at Peirce Farm in August 2022. The venue is gorgeous, and being able to be on site from 8am - 11pm was such an amazing benefit. Bill and the team at Peirce Farm were great every step of the way, from visiting to working on the contract to planning to running the day. I am sure a lot was going on in the background that I was unaware of to make everything run smoothly for the wedding! The manor house is such a lovely space to have to get ready in, with a kitchen and plenty of space for prep work and relaxing. We held our ceremony outside in front of one of the big trees behind the manor house, which was beautiful. Our cocktail hour was held in the manor courtyard, which is such a pretty space, and then we got to move everyone into the barn for the reception. We had a wedding of 65 and the space utilization made it seem like the perfect size, even though it can hold larger weddings.\nThe history of the venue was such fun, and everyone thought it was beautiful. Bill and the team helped clear up and coordinate, and the day went without a single hitch.\nThank you so much!",

There is so much natural beauty on the property and the house and barn are just beautiful. We loved that the rental of the property was from 8am-midnight so we were able to get ready there and have a relaxing morning. All of the staff from the venue were friendly and lovely to work with and their list of preferred vendors was amazing- we found all of our vendors from this list and every vendor was perfect! We had visited a few other places prior to Peirce, and as soon as we visited the beautiful estate we knew this was the one! It has so much charm and natural beauty, and the fact that you get access to the grounds all day is SO convenient!!! I chose all my vendors from their recommendation guide too and that was also a great decision as our wedding day was seamless and stress-free and beautiful. Bill, Candice, and Leslie were always available for questions and checked in consistently throughout our year of planning. Whole experience 10/10, highly recommend :)",

We live in England so originally took a video tour of the space, but Bill was happy to let us visit whenever we were back in the US. "content": "We started planning our 5/20/22 wedding in June 2020, and Peirce Farm was the fourth venue we had visited. As soon as we started walking around with Kyle, we just fell in love. The house and barn are STUNNING, and you could see how attentive to detail they were with putting this wedding venue together. All the way up to our wedding day, the venue staff were super helpful with all of our questions, and responded right away to all of my emails. On our wedding day, we spent the entire day on site, and Candice was there the entire time and was such a huge help with making sure our big day went off perfectly! Our ceremony took place right on their lawns, which are immaculate. And then our entire cocktail hour and reception were just lovely - all of our guests kept talking about how beautiful the venue was, and how it attributed to one of the best weddings they’d ever attended. We are so so happy we chose Peirce Farm as our wedding venue, and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to get married. They are by far the best!",

They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed in the house during the day while getting ready. It was so special to have the wedding party together all day in the mansion to get ready for the wedding. We had our ceremony in the barn due to weather and it was cozy and intimate! "content": "I couldn’t wait to review this beautiful venue! I booked Peirce Farm in April 2020. All I saw was photos and I did a drive by before I booked. We made the best decision getting married here. I felt like I got amazing value compared to so many other venues. The house on site is stunning and it was so fun to get ready in! Guests loved being able to use it too. I thought about a few family members with physical limitations and this venue was really perfect for them and gave them plenty of accessibility options. We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour and our reception was in the barn. The staff was so attentive and kind. Candice was SO patient and sweet for the year and a half we worked together. Covid added many complications to everything wedding related but she was so patient, positive and helpful. Thank you so much Candice! The venue is so underrated, I am just so impressed at how stunning and well maintained the venue was. One of the best parts about this venue was the relationship they’ve built with local vendors. I chose all vendors off their recommended lists and we were able to have conversations about everyone we ended up booking. Knowing your vendors work together often is so reassuring when it comes to your wedding day. I can’t recommend this venue enough! We chose a Friday afternoon wedding because it was so reasonably priced compared to other barn venues in the area. Right from the beginning Candice and Bill were so accommodating and helpful. They answered my emails with my numerous weekly questions promptly. We had so many comments on the beauty of the property, it was stunning on a beautiful summer night. The barn is gorgeous and roomy and we couldn’t have had a better time. They even set up a fire pit for us to have s’mores in the evening. Also having the absolutely beautiful and historic mansion to have the wedding party spend the day getting hair, makeup and dress all taken care of in one spot was priceless. It is an absolutely beautiful hidden gem and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. It made our daughters wedding just magical!!",

Bill and Candice are very receptive and helpful when you need something, but also chill and laid back and let you plan your day, your way. Our biggest selling point, other than the gorgeous barn, was that we were able to arrive in the morning and get ready in the house, so there was no need to run around or change locations throughout the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!",

"content": "We fell in love with this venue as soon as we saw it! The estate's vintage vibes and gorgeous decor made me want to live there, the barn was absolutely charming and rustic, and the grounds are so perfect. Unfortunately, because of COVID our plans had to be changed, it was really hard to know what was happening, and we were in limbo for quite some time, with little answers. But eventually Pierce Farm was able to get a tent which allowed us to have a small 50 person wedding. While this was not what we pictured originally, we still had the most perfect day. I am sad we were not able to be in the barn, but their venue is so charming that a full outdoor wedding is still just as nice! It was an absolutely beautiful day and we were so happy we followed through and did not postpone, since it likely would've been a long way out.",

This venue is gorgeous and the website/instagram does not do it justice. While we had an amazing wedding day, unfortunately we cannot recommend getting married here as our experience 3 weeks prior was extremely negative and beyond stressful.\n\nThe venue and their managers should always be helpful, kind, respectful, solution oriented, and should always put their clients first. But when we came to visit Peirce Farm, we both fell in love with the Victorian new England house and the historical details inside the reception barn. It was the perfect setting for a new england fall wedding. Having the entire grounds to yourself without worrying about bumping into another wedding is a luxury that most venues cannot offer without a crazy price tag. The second floor of the house was the perfect spot to get ready and the decor and furniture in those rooms made beautiful backdrops for getting ready photos! We received so many compliments on picking this venue, from the setting to the decor. Picking Peirce Farm allows you to choose any other vendors you wish, and we were able to pick a florist who added greenery to the chandelier to make it more our style. The price to reserve your wedding date here is beyond reasonable, and allows space in the budget to pick your other dream vendors. I cannot thank the Peirce Farm team enough for being the foundation for our dream day!",

"content": "This venue is perfection- sophisticated and laid back at the same time. We worked with Bill and Candice who were both absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. We know we wanted a barn wedding but were shocked to see how expensive some other venues were. Then we stumbled onto Peirce Farm and were shocked at the low cost and availability. This venue really is a hidden gem and we were so fortunate to find it when we did. Looking back, I cannot imagine a better place to get married. The weather on our wedding day was practically apocalyptic- it poured down rain the entire day and the wind was gushing over 30 mph. Despite this, Bill and his team were amazing and somehow managed to get the entire wedding party from the manor house to the barn without getting completely drenched. They helped me laugh off the weather and acted like they did this sort of thing every day (probably because they do). Bill was so calm that it kept me calm and that alone is priceless. If you’re lucky enough to get married at Peirce Farm you will NOT regret it!!",

Everyone I have met that works there are the nicest people, the venue just becomes prettier and prettier every time I visit, and the process was effortless. \n\nEvery guest loved the venue site...but how could you not, it is stunning. \n\nCandice I spoke to a lot as the wedding came up and she never got annoyed with me. Super helpful with each email and call I had with her and knew exactly who I was even though they had 4 weddings and a sweet 16 the weekend of our wedding (Labor Day weekend). \n\nEverything was perfect and we had a blast. Thank you so much Peirce Farm!\n\nP.S. we had to book about 1.5 years out to get a Saturday, but it was well worth the wait.",

Sean, Candice, Bill, and their whole team will make your day a breeze, and the venue is absolutely magical. It’s so flexible for a number of different aesthetics and settings, and it was perfect that we could have all of our day’s events there AND bring in our own vendors. They were incredibly consistent and quick with email replies throughout the months (or year!) leading up to our wedding, and were beyond helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the best day of our lives.",

"content": "Peirce Farm is amazing!! We were married there in December and it was absolutely beautiful! The barn with all the string/cafe lights, the chandelier, holiday decorations and fireplaces were magical. We received so many compliments on it! There is also a house on the property that we rented the night before for our rehearsal dinner. The house is elegant, beautiful and the perfect spot for an intimate dinner party. The bridal suite is in the house and has plenty of space to get ready and so many beautiful places for photographs, including the library/lounge where my husband got ready with his groomsmen. The grand staircase in the house, leading to the fireplace, was the perfect spot for our first look! And if that is not enough, the owners and all the staff are kind, responsive and so easy to work with! They went out of their way to make the whole planning process so much easier for us. We used Daniella's Cafe to cater our rehearsal dinner there and Vinwood Caterers for our reception, I would definitely recommend both! Peirce Farm exceeded all our expectations, and at a fraction of the cost of some of the other venues in the area. If we had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing :)",

"content": "If I could give Peirce Farm 10 stars, I would. I can't say enough about how amazing Candice, Bill and the entire PF staff was from the moment we looked at the place to our wedding night. The process was seamless from the start. Every e-mail or phone call was answered in a timely manner. My entire wedding party felt at home the morning of the wedding rather than guests. Peirce Farm was very accommodating regarding rentals and storage and I really can't praise them enough. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We had pretty much had a blank canvas to be able to create a wedding of our dreams with Peirce Farm as the backdrop. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a venue that takes pride in itself. I would hold another event there in a heartbeat.",

"content": "If you’re looking for a beautiful, rustic (but renovated!), convenient and cost effective wedding venue, then look no further. My husband and I stumbled across Peirce Farm after looking at 10 venues, and the moment we arrived and spoke with Sean, we knew we’d be getting married here. First, the price and what is included in the venue was BY FAR the most reasonable of all of the venues we looked at. We loved the different areas on the grounds, so even though everything was happening at Peirce Farm, there was a different spot for the ceremony, cocktail hour (giving guests house access to the amazing Victorian home), and the barn (with AC!) for the reception. Sean and his staff were also incredible to work with. They are very responsive, organized, and flexible with ideas, so it truly felt like this was “our wedding” vs a standard/cookie-cutter wedding at a venue with tons of rules and regulations to follow. Other things that popped out to us in addition to the beautiful barn, house, and grounds, and amazing staff, were being able to have the reception until midnight, having access to the grounds the entire day of the wedding, and so much more. Can’t beat it for the price and beauty, and we’d highly recommend it!",

"content": "Sean, Candice and Bill are a dream to work with! So down to earth, so flexible and easy-going. The farm itself is absolutely beautiful, with a view over a field and the forest. It had so many things we didn't even know were important when we started looking for venues. You can use the house on site to get ready: it's an old, colonial-style house and has lots of mirrors and bathrooms, so it's perfect for the day-of. The ceremony area and cocktail terrace outside are so green and beautiful, and the barn is just incredible. It has big windows which give you fantastic lighting, and there are lights strung up for the evening. You hardly need any decoration to make it look festive. It also easily fit our wedding of 120 people, including the bar, a full band and the dance floor.\n\nUnlike lots of other venues, we were able to come early in the morning on the day of the wedding and stay until midnight (many other places only allow you to come a few others before). We also dropped off decor in advance. This allowed us to do parts of the wedding (like flowers) ourselves. \n\nThey also have no restrictions on vendors, but I would go with their recommendations, because they really know the area. If you're doing a wedding at Peirce, I'd strongly recommend using Vinwood Catering.",

"content": "I recently got married at Peirce Farm and couldn’t imagine a more perfect venue and day! The grounds were perfect, barn was beyond elegant, and having access to the mansion was not only convenient but incredibly relaxing. My bridal party enjoyed every moment of the day here. I can’t say enough about this place. Sean and Candace made our wedding the most unforgettable day of our lives. My fiancé and I visited this venue first and our search was over. I’m not sure you can find a better place to say “I do” ❤️\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n",

"content": "We honestly could not say enough good things about Peirce Farm. We had our wedding reception here in October 2017 and it was absolutely perfect. The barn is gorgeous, as are the house and the grounds (you are able to rent the whole space for the entire day at a super reasonable price). Sean and the rest of the team at Peirce Farm were great to work with - they were very responsive, allowed us to visit the venue basically whenever we wanted, and were totally flexible with whatever ideas we had. At the end of the day, we really felt like they were on our team and wanted our experience to be special. We were also able to use whichever vendors we wanted, which was a big plus, and Sean had some great recommendations. Our guests all had a wonderful time and couldn't stop raving about the venue. We had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend Peirce Farm for any wedding or special event. ",

"content": "Peirce Farm is a perfect wedding venue for a barn wedding. My daughter and son-in-law were married there in July, 2017. The entire venue including the mansion, grounds, and barn were available for the entire day and we made the most of it. The result was a festive and elegant wedding. we held the ceremony was outside under the trees, the cocktail hour on the patio, and the reception in the barn. It worked out so well. \nWe chose Peirce Farm because it offered us a lot of flexibility to make the venue exactly what the bride and groom wanted. We could select our own caterer and purchased our own alcohol to keep within our budget. We could decorate the barn to create the look we wanted, and there was plenty of room to get away from the music for guests who wanted to talk rather than dance. We were graciously assisted by the owner who tried to accommodate all of our wishes. He even built a fire in the firepit just steps away from the barn entrance for guests to toast marshmallows and make their own smores. \nI would highly recommend Peirce Farm as a great venue for weddings and other celebrations.",

"reviewText": "We can’t express enough how lovely the venue and staff are here. The venue is affordable, flexible, and out right gorgeous. The staff went out of their way to make the day as easy as possible for us. In terms of decoration, Bill supplied us with an arch and easel so we didn’t have to worry about carrying anything big or heavy. They also decorated the barn so perfectly not many decorations were needed. Liz made sure the day ran smooth in every step of the way - she is kind, thoughtful, and assertive. She thought of all the small things - gave us drinks at cocktail hour, make sure timing was correct, and understood all of my needs before I anticipated them. It was unreal how incredible the staff was.\n\nWe had the most perfect day because everything was taken care of for us, and we had to do very little except be present day of. We highly recommend booking your wedding here!"

"reviewText": "We absolutely loved our experience with Peirce Farm for our July 2024 wedding! Right from the start we knew this would be our venue. The house on property is the perfect getting ready space for both the girls and the guys. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the whole day and already be on site! We had our ceremony outside. The brick walkway made for an easy aisle and the pergola at the front was a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony. There are so many great photo spots on property! Inside the barn is a beautiful reception area and we had plenty of room for 10 guest tables and a dance floor. All staff throughout the whole planning process and day of were so nice and helpful. Our guests are still raving about how incredible the venue was. You will not be disappointed if you book with Peirce Farm. Thank you for helping us have the best memories on our special day!"

From the moment we first reached out, the venue coordinators and caterers were incredibly easy to work with, always collaborative and empathetic to our needs. They were attentive to every detail and their team's excellent execution and coordination was evident throughout the entire event. The venue grounds were set up beautifully, creating a spacious yet intimate and welcoming atmosphere for our ceremony and reception. Even when there was a change in the afternoon weather, their team seamlessly pivoted to ensure our outdoor ceremony was flawless before the storm rolled in. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping make our special day truly exceptional."

The grounds were all so picturesque, the staff was so helpful and organized, and the barn was perfect for a night of dancing. The alpacas were super cute and friendly and also very photogenic! It was a lovely day for a lovely couple made extra special at this nice venue!"
