"content": "I worked with Diane who was FANTASTIC. She really went above and beyond on the day of my wedding. Her communication was great throughout the entire process. My wedding was mostly DIY and she ensured that every detail was perfect. The service was great and guests mentioned loving the food. The location of this venue is very convenient… two hotels next door (no shuttles needed!) and a restaurant/bar attached which makes for a very easy after party. My ceremony/ pictures were elsewhere. They do not have a wedding ceremony space outdoors but I’d suggest looking at their other venues if that’s what you’re looking for. I just needed a ballroom that I could decorate! In my venue search, I thought the Lafrance Hospitality prices were very reasonable for a 220 person wedding.",

"content": "The entire experience of my wedding was fabulous at white’s! The team is hardworking and dedicated to ensuring a perfect wedding day. \n\n I worked with Sherri and her team were incredible from the initial meeting, to the tasting, to the rehearsal and the big day! She has notified me about a package I qualified for due to my “out of season” February wedding, where there was TONS of benefits.\n\nOur wedding was about 85 people, and we had it in the ballroom. We brought all our own decorations, and Sherri had taken detailed notes about how we’d like everything to be. The room was beautiful. \n\nAll my guests spoke about was how great all the food was (especially the mash potatoes!) the staff was kind and I felt like royalty as a bride. \n\nEverything was positive from start to finish, and Sherri not only made sure I knew what was going on but also who I was working with. I ended the wedding night with Sophia supervising. She was also fabulous. Very attentive, flexible, and excited. All my things were packed neatly away for me at the end of the night.",

"content": "A lot of people don't think to have their wedding receptions at Whites anymore, and I honestly don't understand why. The service there is amazing. If any of my guests asked for something, they received it almost immediately. All of the staff was so professional. The food was hot at all of the tables (they were all asked) and we had almost 300 guests. They worked with all of my vendors flawlessly to make sure my rooms were set up exactly the way I wanted it. When it came to pricing, they were completely honest and explained every single charge. There were no cake cutting fees or folding napkin fees (sounds crazy but venues do charge for that) and we got a great value for our money. I would use Whites again in a heartbeat! The fried chicken is heavenly!!!",

"content": "We had our reception at whites, and everything was great. Renee, the wedding sales manager, was available to answer all my questions from the day we booked until the wedding. We had a few guests with dietary restrictions and we were able to find something for everyone. Our guests raved about the food and the buffet line moved quickly. The host that night was also amazing and made sure everyone had everything they needed. I would highly recommend Whites to anyone.",

"content": "I highly recommend White's of Westport for the reception. Renee was my coordinator and she was professional and her responsiveness was prompt. The food was amazing. We had a lot of compliments on our food. We served chicken piccatta and prime rib. For a wedding that had almost 200 people it says a lot that not 1 person complained about the food. Even the servers were very personable and friendly. They have no hidden fees and they were very accomadating to any last minute changes.",
